The Flourishing Work Alliance is a global coalition uniting scientific insight, CEO-level experience, and hands-on practitioners to turn evidence into impact. Together, we are advancing the flourishing at work movement, moving beyond engagement and wellbeing toward sustained human growth and organizational success.

What We Do

We are creating a movement around flourishing at work by bringing together leaders, employers, and practitioners to:

  • Align around a clear, science-backed definition of flourishing at work
  • Equip organizations with measurable, practical approaches to implementation
  • Advance flourishing as a credible performance standard for the future of work
